Jake’s love of storytelling gives him a natural expertise as a public speaker, but Jake offers much more than speeches to his many clients.
During his tenure at Disney, Jake launched the business-to-business arm of the Disney Institute, in an effort to teach other organizations “The Disney Way.” He worked with dozens of top-performing companies like Exxon-Mobil, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and the Mayo Clinic, but clients began to request more in-depth help than Jake was able to provide as a part of Disney.
So in 2001, Jake launched Integrated Loyalty Systems – a consulting and training organization whose mission is to help healthcare organizations develop loyal customers and employees by proactively creating and managing exceptional experiences, based on best practices adapted and adopted from such world-class organizations as Southwest Airlines, Ritz-Carlton and, of course, Disney, among others.
For the past 11 years, Jake and Team ILS have helped many organizations make successful cultural transformations, contributed to creating patient-centric architectural blueprints, and have added best practices from leaders in service. Through leadership retreats and hands-on workshops, Jake and his team of experts are dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals in the areas of designing and executing cultural blueprints, defining their service strategy, and mapping out and operationalizing the ideal customer and employee experience.
